Our manufacturing unit in Rourkela, established in collaboration with Germany, embodies cutting-edge technology in steel production. At AISCO, we adhere to the fundamental principle of "ore to core," ensuring a seamless production process that includes sponge iron, billets, and TMT steel rebars, all crafted within an integrated steel plant.

Our rigorous monitoring and control mechanisms guarantee total quality assurance throughout the production stages. Utilizing advanced international quenching technology, our TMT rebars feature a ferrite-pearlite core, offering superior strength and durability. These rebars, conforming to IS:1786 and IS:16651 standards, are available in various grades and fulfill the requirements of IS:13920, suitable for use in all seismic zones. Our innovative quenching process involves high-level pressure water application, which hardens the outer surface while maintaining a softer inner core, making our products ideal for a variety of construction applications.

The company provides total rebar solutions with various kinds of high-strength deformed steel rebar. Carbon Steel Rebar, CR Alloy Steel Rebar (Corrosion-Resistant), and Stainless-Steel Rebar in Fe 550D and Fe 600 grades in various diameters of 8mm to 40mm. These sizes allow for flexibility in construction projects, accommodating different structural requirements while maintaining durability and strength throughout the lifespan of the concrete structures for optimal concrete reinforcement.
